Refunds | Returns

Oh So Curvy offers only good quality items to our customers. We like you to enjoy your purchase again and again and not be disappointed as you can so often be with low cost replicas.

We go to great length to describe the item as accurate as possible in our descriptions and we even measure each new stock item on our adjustable size mannequin. We state both the AU and US size in the description and ask our customers to refer to our size chart before they purchase our lingerie.

Please note that Australian health and safely standards prevents us from accepting returns on lingerie that has been fitted on.

We do however accept returns of:

• Factory default items .

• Items that you are not entirely satisfied with, that has not been fitted on , with the tags still attached and returned to us in its original packaging .

Qualifying items must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.

We do not issue refunds, but will gladly exchange the item or issue you with a store credit in the form of a gift voucher, upon receipt of the item.

We reserve the right not to issue a store credit if the item is found to have been fitted on , stained , burnt or misused in any other way or have pet or smoke odours .

Shipping charges is the onus of the customer and will not be refunds.
